At Sabaats, we take great pride in the quality and purity of our products. Due to the personal nature of skincare and beauty items, we maintain a policy that ensures the hygiene and safety of all our customers.


1. The 7-Day Inspection Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original, sealed packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Safety)

To maintain strict hygiene standards in the beauty industry:

  • Opened Products: Any skincare, hair oil, or cosmetic product that has been opened, unsealed, or had its protective film removed cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Used Items: We cannot accept returns on products that have been tested or used, even once.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during a clearance or seasonal sale are considered “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right immediately.

  • Report Time: You must report a damaged or incorrect item within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence Required: Please send a photo or a short video of the damaged packaging and the product to our WhatsApp or Email.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at care@sabaats.store with your Order ID.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged or wrong item).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approval: We will notify you if the refund was approved based on the condition of the item.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if it meets the eligibility criteria) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
